Kissing this character: Probably not, Magnus is not interested in romance. Hit me up if you wanna play out Magnus rejecting your character's attempts to kiss haha.
Flirting with this character: Feel free to try to flirt with him, but once he realizes its real flirting, he might clam up a bit.
Fighting with this character: FUCK YES MANGUS LOVES TO FIGHT
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): That's fine, depending on how bad he might get hurt (which I'm fine with him getting hurt bad, we'd just need to plot this out haha).
Killing this character: Possibly in the future, but for now nah.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: His wisdom saving throws ain't great so go for it.
And I might for a lot of stuff end up rolling a D20 to see if things work out or not, to try to stay true to the D&D spirit and all. Just FYI.
